Our Return Policy

Thank you for choosing MV Style. We work hard to be sure you are delighted with the quality of our products. If you have a problem with your order, or any of our products, we want to make it right. We stand behind all our products.

All returned merchandise, defective or non-defective, requires a copy of the MV Style Return Form that will be found attached to your original invoice. A Return Form can also be downloaded from our website in .pdf format (please see the link below).



Online Store Purchases

If you have purchased an MV Style product from our online store and received an incorrect or damaged shipment, please contact us at mvsservice@mvstylenaturals.com. If we have made an error we will make it right at no cost to you. If you changed your mind and wish to return new, unopened products to MV Style within 15 days, please complete the return form attached to your original invoice and enclose it with your returned item. The product must have all tags attached. ALL LINGERIE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

You can either pay your own shipping or use our return label that was enclosed with your shipment and a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. You will not be refunded prior shipping fees.

Retail Store Purchases

If you have purchased an MV Style product from a retail store and are not satisfied, please return the product (along with the receipt) to the store where you made the purchase. We do not give refunds for items purchased in retail locations.

Our Guarantee

MV Style has filed a continuing guaranty under the Textile Fiber Products Identification Act with the Federal Trade Commission. It is a certified statement that all of the textile products manufactured or marketed by MV Style are labeled in compliance with the law and will not be misbranded, falsely or deceptively invoiced, or falsely or deceptively advertised, within the meaning of the Textile Fiber Products Identification Act and the rules and regulations under that Act.
