Shipping and Delivery
Orders received before 5:00 PM CST are shipped the following business day. Orders received on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. We do not ship packages on Saturday or Sunday, as well as on the following Holidays:
- New Year's Eve
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day
Delivery Time and Rates
Unless an expedited service is requested, most in-stock items are delivered to you within 5-7 business days from the receipt of your order. Rates are calculated by the carrier based on the weight of each individual order. A handling fee of $3 is charged on every order regardless of size.
Track Delivery
You may check the delivery status of your order by clicking on My Account and viewing the order history. Select the order you would like to track and click on the tracking number link on the order information page.
